This interactive web portal empowers all Community Hospital patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to health information and online communication with Patient Portal staff. All of the information in the Patient Portal comes from your Community Hospital Electronic Health Record.

The majority of information available through the current portal will be available to you through the new MyBCH patient portal. However, some elements of your records, such as the complete history of visits, messages to your care team and notes from your clinic visits, will not be available.
For the online portal, log into MyBCH, hover your cursor over the Profile icon in the top menu and select Personal Information. For the app, log into MyBCH click the three dots on the top right corner of the screen and select Account Settings.

If an upcoming appointment is eligible for eCheck-in, you can use it to take care of tasks such as checking in ahead of your appointment, updating personal, medical and insurance info, eSigning documents and answering questionnaires.

To comply with Federal and Colorado State Laws regarding privacy and minors, Community Hospital has chosen to limit access to patient portals for minors over 12 years of age. Medical records for these minors can be obtained by contacting your provider’s office.
Parents/guardians can request access to their minor child’s MyHealth Portal Portal, for children under 12 years of age, by clicking on the “I do not have an account” button above. Please provide the information for the child and sign as the parent/guardian.
