Upon request of Subscriber within fourteen (14) days after termination, Futuredontics may, in its sole discretion, provide to Subscriber a download of patient review data in Excel format. Subscribers must provide a valid e-mail address, their legal name and any other required information to complete the registration process.

When are Futuredontics monthly fees due?

Monthly service fees are due and payable on the first business day of each month. Service fees for the first month of service may be prorated based on activation date. Subscriber authorizes Futuredontics to automatically debit the credit card provided by Subscriber, if any.

How long does it take for Futuredontics to increase fees?

WARNING! The Airport Dental Centre in Oshawa is the worst Dental Clinic in the Country. They routinely charge over 100% more than the other clinics. When questioned they become abusive. We were billed $250 for basic cleaning, no polishing.

My husband passed away recently. A few months before he had work done at”Dental,Dentures and Implants “which is owned and owned and managed by Dr Nathan Faber. My husband needed a full upper Denture, lower partial and 6 extractions. The teeth were pulled on a Friday. The gums bled profusely .

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO HELP!!!

The guy that was "helping" me was very rude and condescending. He seemed like he did not want to help me at all when I explained to him my front tooth is knocked loose and I am in a lot of pain. When he was unable to find my insurance, he asked several times if I pay for this insurance or if the government does.

Total waste oft time. The guy who answered was rude, sounded like he just wanted to get off the phone, and did NOTHING for me. He asked for my daughters information and I explained that she was in a lot of pain and needed a dentist TODAY. He kept getting aggravated when he was searching around my areas and nothing was coming up.
